Racing at the shore this fall? Pink Champagne Boutique Motel is a quiet, freshly renovated home base one block from the beach, with a kitchenette in every room for race-morning breakfast. We're open all year, so the off-season races are ours too.
Breakfast in Your Room, a Quiet Night Before
Every room has a kitchenette, so your pre-race oatmeal, bagels and coffee happen on your schedule, not a diner's. Equipment varies by room type: studios have the basics, while efficiencies and one-bedroom suites can include a stovetop and full-size refrigerator.
Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM, so the night before the race is restful. Our original 1957 building was renovated for 2026, with 25 rooms from studios to one-bedroom suites, one block from the beach.
Coming with a running club? Request a quote below; group rates depend on the season and the size of your room block. Every room is reserved by an adult aged 25 or older. Pink Champagne provides lodging only; we don't organize any races.
