Fireworks at the Shore

The Wildwoods celebrate the Fourth with fireworks over the beach. In 2026, the Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular launched from the beach at Pine Avenue at 10 PM, set to patriotic music on the Boardwalk sound system, and Friday night fireworks ran through the summer.

The 2027 schedule hasn't been announced yet. Check wildwoodsnj.com for this year's fireworks, parades and events before you plan your evening.

Spend the holiday afternoons on our flower-lined sundeck or floating in the big outdoor pool, then walk a block to the beach when you're ready for the waves.

Our pool season runs from the last weekend of May through September, so it's open all Fourth of July weekend.

July 4, 2027 falls on a Sunday, and the federal holiday is observed on Monday, July 5, so the holiday weekend runs Friday, July 2 through Monday, July 5.

Are there fireworks in Wildwood?

Yes. In 2026 the Wildwoods held a Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular from the beach at Pine Avenue, plus Friday night fireworks through the summer. The 2027 schedule will be posted at wildwoodsnj.com.
